What You'll Do
- Assist in completing weekly reports that get sent out to leadership and revenue teams
- Work on various ad hoc requests from revenue teams to help drive revenue growth
- Help with month-end close reporting
- Support the preparation of spread summaries and year-over-year performance analysis across business lines
- Help maintain and improve reporting templates and dashboards used by revenue teams
- Assist with data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across weekly and monthly reports
- Compile and organize data from multiple sources (Excel, Tableau, internal systems) into clean, digestible formats
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives within the finance team
- Partner cross-functionally with accounting, sales, and recruiting teams to gather and clarify data
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets and spotting discrepancies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills — able to translate numbers into plain-language takeaways
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who's comfortable asking questions and taking initiative on ad hoc requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or coursework in financial reporting or analytics
- Familiarity with Tableau
