The High-Producing Toyota Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for driving dealership revenue by presenting menu-based financial and aftermarket protection products to customers. Operating in a high-volume Toyota dealership setting, this role ensures fast contract execution, maximizes back-end gross profit per unit (PVR), Strong VSC penetration and secures bank approvals while maintaining full legal compliance and high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Key Responsibilities Menu Presentation & Sales Execution: Utilize structured 100% menu presentation techniques to offer vehicle service contracts (VSC), GAP protection, tire & wheel protection, key replacement, and environmental protection packages. Lender & Deal Structuring: Cultivate strong relationships with Southeast Toyota Financial Services (SETF) and prime/non-prime lenders. Structure finance deals to secure rapid loan approvals with favorable terms. Contracting & CIT Management: Ensure 100% accuracy on all financial documentation, trade titles, credit applications, and state/federal disclosures to keep Contracts in Transit (CIT) under dealership target windows (typically under 3 days). Compliance & Legal Adherence: Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and local automotive regulations (including Red Flags Rule, OFAC, Truth in Lending/TILA, and Safeguards Rule). Sales Handoff & Customer Experience: Partner seamlessly with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to deliver a smooth transition from sales desking to the F&I office, maintaining exceptional CSI scores. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2-5+ years of proven success as an F&I Manager in a high-volume retail automotive environment, producing well above average PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) benchmarks. Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve target product penetration rates (e.g., service contract, GAP) and backend gross averages. Systems Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with dealership DMS platforms (Reynolds & Reynolds/Docupad), electronic menu systems (Darwin), and dealer portal systems (RouteOne). Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of credit scoring, lender guidelines, extended warranties, and vehicle titling requirements. Compensation & Performance Metrics Pay Structure: High-earning, performance-driven commission structure based on backend gross profit, product penetration percentages, and CSI bonuses. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): PVR dollar targets, total menu acceptance rates, and CIT turn times.
