Kenny Kent Chevrolet is seeking candidates for a Finance and Insurance Manager. The chosen candidate will provide new and used car buyers financing and insurance, as well as offer products and services to enhance every customer's ownership experience. They will work with and cultivate positive relationships with financial lenders to offer the necessary terms for each customer's circumstances. Candidates should have 2 years of auto financing experience or 5 years of auto sales experience. Strong communications skills and adherence to high ethical standards are essential, along with achieving strong production results.

About the Role
Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in arranging the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
- Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
- Accurately audit post-sale deals and deeply analyze for improvements
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Expertise in title laws and registration processes
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license
