Job Description Utilize a menu to present the wide range of available product options to the client, counseling them based on what was cultivated during the initial client interviewComply with established regulatory and dealership compliance standards.Prepare the delivery documentation, including the preparation of the loan documents, DMV paperwork and other legal forms required by state and federal regulatory agenciesMaintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotionsCommunicate and follow through on a timely basis the status of all pending and finalized deals with dealership sales personnel and managersBe knowledgeable of state and federal regulations and stay abreast of all changesMaintain annual compliance trainingAll other duties as assigned.
