About the role

Join a team helping healthcare organizations improve financial operations through trusted software solutions. You'll work directly with clients, contribute to product enhancements, and support improvements in reporting, analytics, and business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Client support, overall project management, implementation, client training, demonstration, program documentation, and product testing
  • Communicate to clients when there are changes to the application, and occasionally regulatory and legislative updates
  • Implement new customers from start to finish including but not limited to analyzing set up needs, testing, and training
  • Provide ongoing customer support including troubleshooting issues and providing application training to new staff, including reporting training on an Excel-based application
  • Prepare and keep up to date training documentation and update user guides when needed
  • Assist with business development-related activities including the development of proposals, statements of work, and delivery of presentations
  • Participate in project planning and implementation
  • Develop a deep understanding of the functional / technical features of our applications and use this knowledge to address application-related issues and questions
  • Troubleshoot software and implementation issues and provide workaround and functional implementation guidance as needed, completing support cases for clients with a quick turnaround via telephone, email, and/or ticketing system
  • Use ticketing system to review tickets, prioritize ticket queue, update and resolve tickets with complete and accurate documentation in a timely and effective manner
  • Diagnose and document software issues / bugs, perform the appropriate resolution, and work with other members of the technical support and software development teams to identify and resolve problems in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
  • Design new product features alongside members of the software development team, including identifying opportunities to apply AI or automation to improve product functionality and support workflows
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, AI-enabled reporting or analytics features) to accelerate documentation, ticket triage, data analysis, and client-facing communications where appropriate
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

  • CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation
  • Minimum 5 years of financial processing experience, understanding of business processes and reporting requirements
  • Ability to handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel-based reporting tools, report writing, and business applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience using SQL or similar data modeling
  • Practical experience using AI tools in a professional setting to support tasks such as data analysis, documentation, or client communication
  • Comfort learning and adopting new AI-enabled features within enterprise or financial software applications
  • Superior oral, written, and presentation skills are required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with finance systems, reporting, and workflows within the healthcare industry, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management
  • ERP implementation or support experience
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation
  • Exposure to AI-driven or predictive analytics for financial forecasting, anomaly detection, or automated reporting
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or configuring AI assistants to support internal documentation and client-facing knowledge bases
  • Thorough understanding of software concepts, interfaces, and technology
  • Experience with user acceptance testing
