Principle Responsibilities
- Financial strategic advisor to leadership teams
- Create and support a seamless financial operating model
- Coach senior leadership teams on operational financial principles
- Collaborate with FP&A to interpret financial analysis
- Serve as a thought leader on innovation and change
- Partner with FP&A to complete planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Measure, monitor, and communicate risk and outcomes to executive leadership
- Support budgets and forecasts, including analysis and monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- 7+ years experience in finance field
- 2+ years in a finance leadership role within healthcare
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business or Finance
- CPA License preferred

- Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently
Pay Range
Pay Range: $71.47 to $98.89 per hour
