About the role
The Zebra Financial Development Program (FDP) is a three-year program that covers all tasks under the scope and responsibility of the Chief Financial Officer, such as business operations, financial planning, accounting, and internal audit. This includes a one-year rotation in each of the roles after successful completion of the previous assignment.
Responsibilities
- Business Operations and Financial Planning
- Participates in P&L reporting and variance analysis
- Assist with ad-hoc projects of moderate scope supporting the development of financial reporting based on the analysis of these projects
- Support the creation of key management reports with appropriate narratives and explanations
- Partner with the function to provide in-depth knowledge as a Finance Contact
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Accounting and Internal Audit
- Works on month-end closing activities including income statements, balance sheets, profit-and-loss, and other accounting statements
- Prepares monthly and quarterly journal entries necessary for monthly close; enters journal entries, reconciles accounts, and investigates reconciling items
- Participate in interviews to understand and document the business process in a set of flowcharts
- Executes testing of internal controls and identifies exceptions
- Assists the Experienced and/or Senior Internal Auditor(s) in summarizing the audit results
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Qualifications
- High degree of accuracy
- Confident at meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and database skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Zebra internship

Pay
Pay Range: $54,640.00 - $81,960.00 per year
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
