Responsibilities

• Work with SQL and relational database tools to analyze data, design tables and views, and support reporting needs.
• Assist users with validating databases, program results, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and evaluate information from multiple sources, structure findings in a logical way, and ensure reports meet established requirements and specifications.
• Structure large datasets to find usable information: identify trends, outliers, and data anomalies.
• Design tables, views, basic procedures, and objects.
• Understand the purpose of the report brief, adhere to its specifications, gather, collect, evaluate and analyze relevant information, structure material logically and coherently, and present reports consistently according to the brief.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL or other relational database systems.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Basic knowledge in Healthcare.
• Self‑motivated.

Skills

• Intermediate level SQL skills.
• Experience in iterative application development.
• Advanced beginner abilities with data technologies (BI, DB platforms, or other data toolsets).
• Basic analytical thinking and problem‑solving techniques.

Pay

Compensation: $76,600.00 – $138,500.00 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location).

Schedule

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote. Located in Richardson, TX.
