About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
    • Knowledge of transportation and supply chain management principles.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

    Pay

    The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

    Schedule

    Full-time position with standard business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on project needs.
