Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly worship services, including preaching and leading prayer times.
• Organize and facilitate small group meetings to encourage spiritual growth and community building.
• Engage with the congregation through various outreach programs and events.
• Maintain a positive relationship with staff, volunteers, and members of the community.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to Christian faith and values.
• Experience in church leadership and pastoral care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
