Finance Business Partner
About the role
At Riviera Travel, we are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our North America leadership team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to build, shape and define how finance supports our North America operation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Finance Business Partner for the North America leadership team
- Deliver financial insight and commercial recommendations that drive better decision making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
- Build financial models and investment cases to support growth initiatives
- Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Evaluate commercial activities and return on investment across key business areas
- Strengthen financial governance, reporting and decision-making processes
- Partner with sales, contact centre, marketing and operational teams to improve commercial outcomes
- Build strong connections between the North America business and UK finance teams
- Support continuous improvement and the development of a commercially focused culture
Requirements
We are looking for a talented finance professional with experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or a similar strategic finance role. Qualified Accountant status (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling expertise
- Ability to translate complex financial information into practical business recommendations
- Confidence working independently and building credibility with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, reporting tools or finance systems
- Experience supporting North American operations, including familiarity with US and/or Canadian accounting practices, local tax considerations and regulatory requirements

Pay
$100,000 - $125,000 (DOE) plus annual company bonus 7.5%
Schedule
Minimum 3 days per week in the office
