About the role
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Business Finance Warehousing & Logistics and is responsible for customers within three major Iron Mountain hubs: Windgap, Dallas, and LA. The role involves providing financial insights and analysis to ensure financial commitments are delivered, aligning short, medium, and long-term financial insights and risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Finance lead coordinating weekly performance reviews, forecasting, and budgeting for closed and open book contracts.
- Track and manage contract profitability, providing insight on key drivers and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
- Serve as a key financial advisor to operational and commercial leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Challenge assumptions and provide proactive, value-adding recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance.
- Align short, medium, and long-term financial insights and risk assessments.
- Ensure weekly performance is translated into monthly financials.
- Part of the team leading on customer MBRs and QBRs.
Requirements
- A professional accounting qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within the logistics, distribution, or supply chain sector is essential.
- Significant experience managing financial performance for commercial contracts.
- Demonstrable experience working with and influencing non-financial stakeholders at a senior level.

Pay
Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00
