Responsibilities

• The Finance Business Partner serves as the link between the finance function and business operations, translating financial data into actionable insights that inform decision-making, improve performance, and support long-term growth. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial plans with business strategy, providing forward-looking analysis, financial guidance, and challenge to drive better outcomes.
• Act as the primary financial advisor to assigned business units, building strong relationships with leadership
• Provide proactive financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
• Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making using data-driven analysis
• Translate complex financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Support business case development for investments, initiatives, and growth opportunities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in alignment with business strategy
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making
• Ensure financial plans reflect operational realities and strategic priorities
• Partner with leaders to align resource allocation with business objectives
• Deliver regular financial performance reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
