Finance Business Partner

About the role

Are you a seasoned costing professional who know how to turn financial insight into business impact? We're looking for a strategic Finance Business Partner to bring deep accounting expertise, strong commercial instincts, and a collaborative approach to a major manufacturing organization. As the Finance Business Partner, you'll drive this company's costing processes for multiple states. This will include manufactured product standards, purchased material costs, bills of material, routing times, and more. Your previous experience in the field will be crucial, as your understanding of and maintaining standard costing and weighted average costing methods will ensure the appropriate treatment of discrete and process manufactured collateral. You'll report directly to and work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You'll also be expected to facilitate process improvements and regular reporting. This role demands versatility and strategic adeptness in navigating the complexities of a fast-paced industry. You'll work primarily in-office, in Gresham.

Responsibilities

• Drive costing processes for multiple states
• Manage manufactured product standards, purchased material costs, bills of material, and routing times
• Maintain standard costing and weighted average costing methods
• Ensure appropriate treatment of discrete and process manufactured collateral
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Facilitate process improvements and regular reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Costing or Finance Business Partnership
• Experience with R&D Tax Credit Claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and ERP required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JD Edwards preferred
• Certified Management Accountant preferred

Salary: $130K – $150K + Bonus
