About the role

Join the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team for an opportunity to work closely with the Tech Audit COO to deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights on expenses, headcount, and plan management. As an Associate on the F&BM team, you will translate financial and operational data into concise narratives for senior leaders, maintain disciplined forecasting cadences, and contribute to initiatives that enhance transparency, governance, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing financial performance and forecasts for Tech Audit, including expense and headcount variance explanations, trend analysis, and monthly forecast updates.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting summarizing financial plan performance and key metrics for senior leadership.
  • Assist with annual financial planning and audit planning cycles by analyzing inputs, creating summary views, and completing plan updates and submissions as needed.
  • Support bi-annual Strategic Organization Chart processes by partnering with COOs, providing hands-on assistance, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate and assist with Internal Audit's real estate and workplace strategy, including seating plans, space planning, moves/adds/changes coordination; partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., COOs/business managers and workplace/real estate teams) to ensure seating and space decisions align to headcount, budget, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate select team activities and communications (e.g., town halls, employee recognition, strategy sessions), including preparing materials and tracking action items.
  • Streamline processes by introducing automation where possible.
  • Produce executive presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business management, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify drivers, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Commitment to accuracy, controls, and follow-through.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information for senior audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay

Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
