Job Responsibilities

  • Aid and deliver finance workstreams for strategic projects (platform migrations, product launches, billing and reporting enhancements, legal-entity simplification).
  • Assist with requirements, document controls, execute UAT, track issues, and provide support.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to the business, business managers, and senior finance management.
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes for your area.
  • Partner with the business to drive and implement robust controls and new business initiatives.
  • Promote coordination across various support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage or assist on projects and initiatives and represent finance key business transformation projects, as well as larger cross-business programs.
  • Triage and execute ad-hoc requests in a dynamic environment, balancing day-to-day deliverables with project milestones and competing deadlines.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or a related area.
  • Experience supporting finance workstreams on projects (e.g., new product implementations, platform enhancements), assisting with requirements, documenting controls, executing UAT, tracking issues, and providing support under guidance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience producing P&L and managing the month-end close process.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong control focus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
