Are you looking for a Financial Analysis role with exposure to senior leadership? The Financial Business Analyst delivers the key insights senior Finance leaders need to make faster, better decisions. You’ll perform financial forecasting, daily performance analysis, executive reporting, and analytical ad-hoc and project support. This role partners with Retention, Acquisition, and Data Analytics teams to translate business performance into clear insights for executive decision-making.

About the Role

  • Financial forecasting ownership: Own Finance Forecasting processes, translate annual goals into actionable and measurable daily and weekly performance projections and insights.
  • Daily performance and ad hoc analysis: Identify variance drivers, proactively flag risks and opportunities, and perform ad-hoc analysis to uncover areas of opportunity within acquisition and retention.
  • Deep-dive analytics: Build and maintain scalable analytical frameworks that improve visibility into granular business segments.
  • AI Leadership: Leverage state-of-the-art AI models and concepts to drive analytical outcomes, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Initiative tracking and impact quantification: Track business initiatives by timing, channel, source, and expected financial impact.
  • Drive business results: Proactively influence and partner with marketing, data analytics, pricing teams, and other groups within the organization.

This is a hybrid position located in our Frisco, TX office. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to the Frisco, TX office; relocation assistance is not offered at this time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business operations, analytics, or a related role.
  • BA/BS/BBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (preferred). MBA/MA/MS is a plus.
  • Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • High proficiency with Copilot and/or other AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in business applications.
  • Strong forecasting and planning experience, including variance analysis, initiative sizing, and business performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, or similar tools to pull and analyze data.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished style.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently to investigate problems.
  • Attention to detail, reliability under recurring deadlines, and an ownership mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills while also being confident working independently.

Pay

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $79,310.00/Yr. - USD $130,295.00/Yr., depending on experience and qualifications.
