What will you do?
- Working with relevant project teams and stakeholders in Finance to help plan and perform UAT and PIV for Financial Control related to project implementations
- Collaborating with Finance counterparts in Financial Control, Product Control, Tax and Enterprise Finance and other key project stakeholders (e.g. Operations, IT, etc.) to execute against plan and help identify, elevate and address key execution risks
- Effectively assist Financial Control in planning and ongoing discussions related to integration/implementation initiatives
Program/Technology/SOFTWARE Knowledge Essential for this Role
- Basic Webex / Microsoft Office software for daily use
- Familiarity with accounting systems (subledgers and general ledgers) to perform UAT and PIV
Must-have Skills
- 5+ years of financial institution experience in Finance
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial reporting under IFRS accounting standards and internal controls over financial reporting
- Proficiency with computer applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
Nice-to-have Skills
- CPA designation or equivalent
- Exposure to Capital Markets businesses
- Knowledge of financial systems and associated procedures
