Responsibilities
- Deliver financial reports and analysis to support UCF Facilities and Business Operations strategic goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by providing data-based actionable insights to leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing a team of analysts and enhancing business processes.
- Financial Operations Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the UCF IT budget (~$90M+).
- Manage daily budget and accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with the CIO and UCF IT leadership to deliver data-driven analysis and financial recommendations aligned with their priorities.
- Serve as a leader to a team of analysts, including hiring, coaching, developing, and recognizing staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or combination of relevant comparable education and experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis in direct support of senior or executive-level leadership.
- 4+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in accounting.
- Experience working in a large, decentralized organization.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,809 to $110,000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
