Job Summary
Drive N-Motion is seeking a Finance and Sales Director to join our team in Rio Rancho, NM. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience at an auto dealership, a state sales license, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and bilingual proficiency (optional but preferred).
About the Role
As a Finance and Sales Director, you will make a significant impact on the dealership's success. Your responsibilities include coordinating and motivating the sales team, assisting with hiring and training, analyzing data, creating campaigns, making inventory decisions, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and motivate the sales team
- Assist with hiring and training new talent
- Record performance metrics
- Provide advice for improving salesperson performance
- Analyze data to adjust strategies and drive business growth
- Coordinate with other departments for consistent campaign execution
- Oversight of expenditures and cost-cutting initiatives
- Work 10-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, with some weekend hours as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working at an auto dealership
- State sales license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual proficiency (optional but preferred)
