About the role
The Finance and Operations Manager will support the Executive Director and wider team in ensuring organisational effectiveness and compliance in financial and operational matters.
Responsibilities
- Budget development and management
- Annual accounts audit
- Processing payments
- Supporting with fundraising
- Reporting activities and stakeholder management
- Ensuring the effective running of the organisation’s operations
- Supporting the wider team with IT and software use
- Managing suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and GDPR
