Finance and Insurance Manager- F&I Manager

Job Description: Automotive Finance Managers help our customers arrange the purchases, and also present them with additional products and enhance their vehicle ownership experience Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability Fully proficiency with title laws and registration process Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position Automotive Finance Managers accurately submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals. Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals Accurately audits all their deals post sale Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts Job Requirements: Prior experience in Finance management or F&I is required Reynolds and Reynolds experience is highly preferred Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Professional experience Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow throughValid U.S. drivers license Galloway Ford Commitment to you: Industry leading compensation package Paid training Full Benefits Package 401(k) with match Great work environment/culture
