About the role
Finance and Insurance Manager / F&I position at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman, located at 481 N. Interstate Dr., Norman, OK.
Responsibilities
- Help customers arrange financing for their purchases and present additional products that enhance vehicle and ownership experience.
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
- Maintain proficiency with title laws and registration process.
- Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the position.
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
- Accurately audit team deals post‑sale.
- Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to submit to a background check.

Pay
$80,000 – $130,000 per year
