Position Overview
The Finance and Leasing Consultant assists clients in securing vehicle financing. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of customer loan origination/approval
- Determination of credit-rating criteria and credit ceilings
- Presentation and sale of financial products
- Maintenance of accurate financial reports
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with secondary schooling preferred
- Successfully passed a pre-employment background check and driving record check
- Strong follow-up skills
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Customer service orientation and positive attitude
- Comfortable with negotiation and rejection
