Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program or graduated within a relevant field of study.
  • Higher education within business administration, finance, communication, or a relevant field.
  • Swedish citizenship or strong ties to Sweden (for U.S. visa purposes).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, juggling various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Possess a strong, outgoing service-oriented mindset, understanding the importance of client satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Related work or extracurricular experience

Qualifications

  • Passionate about economy, marketing, operations management, and event planning.
  • Ability to assist in the day-to-day activities, promote the Chamber, recruit new members, and organize Chamber events and operations.
  • Day-to-day accounting activities, including but not limited to handling invoices, processing financial transactions, and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. This involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform budgetary decisions.
  • Collaborate with our treasurer to support Chamber financial management activities, which may include conducting financial analysis and preparing reports.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English.

  • This is a six-month internship starting in July of 2026.
  • The internship does not provide monetary compensation as SACC-USA is a non-profit organization.
  • To be eligible for a J-1 visa, you must be a Swedish citizen.
