Who should apply
You are a strategic, detail-oriented finance and administration professional who knows that strong financial management is the foundation for a healthy, growing organization—and wants to put those skills to work for a mission-focused organization. You zoom out to understand the big financial picture, build budgets and forecasts, evaluate options, and turn numbers into information that helps people make good decisions. You roll up your sleeves to strengthen internal controls, resolve HR questions, and turn policies into processes people can actually follow. You build systems that keep the trains running, make the complicated stuff less complicated, and give everyone a clearer path forward. You’re a thoughtful leader who develops people and processes, spots risks before they become problems, and brings both strategic thinking and practical follow-through to the work. You believe that getting the behind-the-scenes stuff right gives everyone else more room to advance the mission.
