About the role
In this 2–3 year program, you’ll complete a series of high-impact projects across a wide range of clients — public, private, PE-backed, VC-backed, and founder-led organizations. You’ll build skills beyond audit or tax, strengthening your technical accounting, reporting, operational finance, and project management capabilities. By the end of the program, you’ll become a uniquely valuable candidate with both public accounting and industry experience — significantly increasing your market value and long-term opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 2+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA is preferred
- A self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to learn
- Excellent communication, client service, and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility and desire to explore different pathways before committing to a long-term direction
