About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Systems Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the financial infrastructure that supports one of the fastest-growing marketplaces globally. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize financial workflows, ensure system reliability, and automate manual processes to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Revenue, Tax, IT, and external vendors, translating business needs into effective system solutions. Your expertise will help improve core finance processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and financial planning and closing activities. The role involves configuring and supporting our financial tools, particularly NetSuite, supporting integrations, and driving projects from inception through deployment and iteration. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing attention to detail with a focus on scalable, impactful solutions that enable Whatnot’s continued growth and success.
