Finance Analyst III

Role Overview This hybrid finance analyst position supports a multi-site, multi-specialty academic medical center, focusing on 340B-related financial and statistical data integrity. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing general ledger entries, reports, reconciliations, and developing management financial information using reporting tools. The role requires expertise in accounting, finance, compliance, and fiscal management, with a focus on maximizing financial margins while adhering to standards and regulations. The analyst leads and mentors staff, supports decision-making, and facilitates multidisciplinary projects, acting as a subject matter expert in finance or compliance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.Minimum six years of applicable experience (or nine for other degrees); master’s degrees can substitute for experience.Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance practices, Microsoft Office, and large accounting systems.Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, lead projects, and develop constructive relationships. Preferred Qualifications Experience with 340B programs, pharmacy, finance analysis, Epic, and 340B TPAs.Apexus 340B ACE certification (required within 12 months of hire). Additional Details Location within 100 miles of a campus required.Salary range: $88,358 - $136,448 annually.Benefits included; full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT.
