Finance Analyst - Entry Level

Role Overview: The Finance Analyst supports the Accounting department by assisting with forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, analysis, and auditing. They ensure effective credit control procedures, manage customer accounts, and resolve account queries to minimize overdue and bad debts. Key Responsibilities Carry out daily credit control activities, ensuring adherence to policiesSupervise customer accounts and process account queries efficientlyPost and allocate receipts accurately and promptlyBalance accounts monthly and maintain documentation to high standardsPrepare analytical reports on outstanding debts and escalate issues as neededEvaluate and enforce credit control policies and proceduresCollaborate with relevant departments and handle ad hoc duties Qualifications & Skills 0-2 years’ experience in a service industry with a system-driven approach to credit controlBachelor’s degree required; relevant financial qualifications preferredProficient in Excel; experience with Oracle system advantageousStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with excellent phone manner
