About The Role
CoreWeave is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Capacity Finance team within FP&A. This role sits at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and operations, supporting the planning and analysis behind our global hardware and datacenter footprint.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support capacity planning and infrastructure investment decisions
- Support forecast, close, annual planning, and long-range planning processes for Capacity Finance
- Analyze actuals versus forecast and explain key variances related to deployment timing, hardware mix, utilization, and cost movements
- Translate operational inputs into financial impacts across CapEx, depreciation, cost of revenue, cash flow, and margin
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Datacenter Infrastructure, and Finance teams to evaluate assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs
- Track and report key capacity and financial KPIs, including metrics tied to utilization, sellable capacity, and capital efficiency
- Prepare clear reporting and commentary for Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Improve reporting consistency, model controls, and planning processes as the business scales
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or other business major is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical role
- Strong Excel and modeling skills
- Experience working with large datasets and linking operational drivers to financial outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous issues into clear outputs
- Comfort operating cross-functionally in an environment with changing assumptions and evolving processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in datacenter, cloud, hardware, infrastructure, semiconductors, or supply chain finance
- Experience with Claude, SQL, Tableau, Power Query, or similar tools
