About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Orchard Park, NY. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to support financial planning and analysis functions within a leading manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, and Accounting to provide accurate financial insights, support cost management initiatives, and contribute to the company's strategic decision-making processes. This role is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their analytical skills in a manufacturing setting, with responsibilities spanning cost analysis, variance reporting, and financial modeling to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
