About the role
Supports the Treasury department by formulating, proposing, and implementing interest rate risk and debt placement strategies to achieve the corporate business plan.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financing alternatives analysis, execute derivative trades and debt capital markets transactions.
- Analyze financial statements and manage cash assets and bank accounts.
- Lead projects to conclusion by compiling information, analyzing data, recommending and implementing solutions, and providing information and analysis used to make and/or influence business decisions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to peers and recommendations to management on finance-related matters.
- Produce monthly/quarterly reports for management on topics including external debt, liquidity forecasts, interest rate and F/X valuations, and asset-liability management.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience desired.
- Working knowledge of accuracy and attention to detail, including gauging the impact and cost of errors, utilizing checklists, and learning from mistakes.
- Working knowledge of communicating complex concepts, including simplifying technical language and adjusting explanations for audience comprehension.
- Working knowledge of decision making and critical thinking, including analyzing data, assessing risks, and prioritizing concerns.
- Working knowledge of managing multiple priorities, including balancing day-to-day tasks with project work.
- Working knowledge of relationship management, including monitoring client satisfaction and addressing critical issues.
- Extensive experience with derivatives, including pricing, valuation, trade execution, and risk analysis.
- Working knowledge of financial markets, including products, regulations, and competitive landscapes.
- Working knowledge of investment banking services, including transactions, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.

Pay
Summary pay range: $74,124.00 - $118,608.00
Schedule
This position requires working onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week.
Relocation is available for this position.
