About the role
Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and control.
Responsibilities
- Analyze historical financial metrics and facilitate future financial modeling.
- Prepare various monthly charts and analyses including Key Program Metrics, Administrative Performance Metrics, etc.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for Senior Management as requested using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Hyperion.
- Support data collection from profit centers and key programs as needed.
- Special projects as assigned or directed, such as Program Management Reviews, ad hoc management presentations, Board presentations, etc.
- Maintain good working relationships with divisional accounting and Corporate staff, providing support as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university (required).
- Excel, PowerPoint, and database power user skills (preferred).
