Finance Analyst

About the role

Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and control.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial metrics and facilitate future financial modeling.
• Prepare various monthly charts and analyses including Key Program Metrics, Administrative Performance Metrics, etc.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for Senior Management as requested using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Hyperion.
• Support data collection from profit centers and key programs as needed.
• Special projects as assigned or directed, such as Program Management Reviews, ad hoc management presentations, Board presentations, etc.
• Maintain good working relationships with divisional accounting and Corporate staff, providing support as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university (required).
• Excel, PowerPoint, and database power user skills (preferred).
