About the role
The Financial Diligence Analyst plays a crucial role in the finance team, supporting the business development team in confirming the quality of earnings ("QoE") of target hospitals, developing five-year financial models, and selecting and modeling capex projects.
Responsibilities
- Build the Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis for every acquisition under LOI, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Develop five-year financial models to produce expected valuations for each target.
- Select and model capex projects based on market and hospital-level analysis, and calculate the valuation impact of each project.
- Collaborate with business development, operations, and business intelligence to model and evaluate growth investments before capital is committed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, public accounting (TAS, audit), or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
