Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate expense forecasting cycles.
• Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with department leaders.
• Prepare and assist with executive and department reporting packages.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget and prior periods with clear narrative explanations.
• Present budget analysis to department leaders and senior leadership.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity across financial systems.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and analyses as business needs evolve.

Required Education And Experience

• 2 – 4 years of accounting, finance, business analytics experience.
• CPA or CFA, a plus.
• Education focused on accounting, finance, data analytics, or similar studies.
• Experience of a PE backed company or similar exposure to a growth / scale-oriented environment.
• Reside in the Birmingham, AL area and work onsite.
