Finance Administrative Associate II

This position is part of the Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit, which delivers expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth. As an Administrative Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team and contributing to our success while working closely with several Finance Directors and learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
- Provide dynamic onsite administrative support to several Directors and their teams, driving seamless day-to-day operations.
- Make travel arrangements and reservations for team members.
- Prepare travel and business expense reports using Concur.
- Coordinate office moves for new and current team members.
- Set up and support meetings, including keeping actions and minutes as needed.
- Coordinate events and training for teams.
- Make conference room reservations and arrange meetings with internal and external customers.
- Order catering for meetings and maintain Directors’ calendars.
- Perform computer data entry, retrieval, and word processing, and operate various office equipment.
- Prepare written documents, communications, and presentation materials for meetings.
- Greet external visitors and maintain a professional first impression.
- Maintain databases, records, spreadsheets, and perform data entry.
- File and retrieve records, folders, or other materials.
- Handle highly confidential information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units, and the company.
- Interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Work Environment
This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 or more years of related experience.
- Each higher-level-related degree (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s) may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from an accredited university, college, or school recognized by the US Secretary of Education or US Department of Education.
- Professional demeanor and work habits.
- Ability to work with some degree of independence in terms of scheduling, job duties, and taking initiative when needed.
- Demonstrated application of judgment within standard operating guidelines.
- Use knowledge of company policies and department needs to determine the best course of action.
- Good communication skills, including responding to routine and non-routine inquiries.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $41,844 – $66,952. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
