Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of finances, budgeting, and organizational procurement, including ensuring applicable policy compliance.
- Oversee the management of information technology, both internal network infrastructure as well as key software solutions for supporting ministry.
- Oversee the management and care of all property and facilities.
- Oversee the administration of all human resource functions for the support and management of staff.
- Directly lead, manage, and hold accountable all Operations staff in carrying out established vision and strategy.
- Ensure the effective building, training, and leading of required volunteer teams.
- Build and manage the Operations budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
- Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience identifying leaders as well as building and leading teams.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
