Finance & Accounting Intern

Duration: 3+ months (with potential conversion to permanent role)

About the Role

Selected candidates will be paid while completing a 12-week licensing program to earn the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. All study materials and licensing costs are fully covered.

After obtaining the required licenses, you will support clients and financial advisors by:

• Handling inbound client and advisor calls
• Assisting clients with digital investment platforms
• Reviewing portfolio holdings and discussing investment options
• Educating clients on financial products and services
• Helping align investment strategies with clients' financial goals
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving account inquiries

Ongoing coaching, training, and professional development are provided throughout the program. Candidates who successfully complete the licensing requirements and internal hiring process will be considered for permanent positions.

Pay

• $18 - $19/hour during the 3-4-month contract
• Upon permanent hire, expected base salary of $54,000 - $58,000 annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent analytical ability with high attention to detail
• Accurate data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand way
