Final Shipper

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 months of experience in a shipping or production environment
• Previous CDC production experience preferred

Technical / Functional Skills

• Basic math and reading skills
• Computer skills sufficient to work with carrier websites and generate labels
• Ability to use required tools (spot welder, riveter, grinders, sanders, power saws, nail gun, tape gun, heat sealer, stapler, forklift)

Behavioral Skills

• Willingness to follow all manufacturing, shipping procedures, and company policies
• Strong attention to detail
• Concern for quality, accuracy, and safety
• Able to stay on task and manage time efficiently
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with peers, supervisors, management, and external visitors

Physical Requirements

• Sufficient motor skills to safely use required tools and machinery
• Able to stand or walk for 8–10 hours per shift (or more during overtime)
• Able to independently lift up to 50 lbs and lift up to 100 lbs with equipment
• Able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes)
• Able to work overtime, alternate shifts, and weekends as needed
