Final Grade Equipment Operator

About the role

You’ll be responsible for final grading on concrete paving and site projects, working closely with our paving and prep crews to ensure accuracy and production.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dozer
• Operate Motor Grader
• Operate Disk / grading equipment
• Ensure precision using Trimble precision automation
• Work with UTS / GPS grading systems as needed
• Participate in site preparation tasks

Requirements

• Experience with Trimble precision automation (required)
• Knowledge of UTS / GPS grading systems (plus)
• Strong understanding of fine grading and site prep
• Willingness to travel within an 80-mile radius of Lincoln/Omaha
