Final Assembler

About the role

This position is the final step in production before the product is shipped to customers. The primary responsibility is to assemble the final components of the product.

Responsibilities

• Read prints and identify parts to be assembled
• Know how to wire the body
• Install shelves, dividers, and other accessories
• Ensure all loose items are accounted for and properly stored
• Repair minor dents and scratches
• Load trailers
• Understand and adjust differences in lighting packages
• Adjust all types of latches
• Install windows and vents
• Install fans

Requirements

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
