FIN ANALYST III - ACCT
Position Summary
The Financial Analyst III will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on financial data and will also be responsible for reviewing financial statements and assisting with executive summaries of financial results. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. Analyze financial data and trends to identify risks and opportunities. Prepare and present financial models and projections. Monitor budget performance and report variances to management. Review and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information. Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for VP Controller and Executive Leadership. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial statement analysis. Collaborate with accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting processes. Coordination and review of executive summaries of financial results. Summarize complex financial information in a clear and concise manner for executive review. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
Coordination and Review of Executive Summaries of Financial Results
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget and forecasts. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational efficiency. Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives. Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
Maintain and Enhance Internal Controls Related to Financial Reporting
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. Support internal and external audit processes. Maintain and enhance internal controls related to financial reporting.

Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s or CPA certification preferred.
- 6 years of experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education; healthcare experience preferred.
