Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver course content in assigned subject areas.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication.
• Participate in departmental, college, and university service activities.
• Advise and mentor students in academic and career-related matters.
• Maintain office hours for student consultation and support.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance program offerings and student success initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in the relevant field; terminal degree (e.g., Ph.D., Ed.D.) preferred.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the college or university level.
• Evidence of scholarly activity or potential for scholarly contributions.
• Strong commitment to student success and engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive academic community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with online or hybrid course delivery.
• Record of securing external funding or grants.
• Experience in program development or assessment.
