Film Extrusion (020) - Extrusion Operator

Position Purpose

Operates, Maintains, and controls the equipment and process on the Blown Line to produce high quality WIP roll in a safe and productive manner to efficiently service customer orders.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Ability to exhibit a good work ethic, reasoning, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to perform basic math and computer skills
• Ability to perform mechanical and basic machine troubleshooting
• Regularly lifts 50 pounds independently
