Responsibilities

• Assemble and hook up required equipment in order to fill containers to a specified weight using a specified filter medium.
• Clean production vessels as required.
• Complete proper documentation (such as a fill slip) correctly and accurately.
• Enter data into computer.
• Identify product numbers and corresponding batch numbers.
• Clean up and properly store equipment used.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle hazardous materials under supervision and with proper PPE; may be involved with the disposal of hazardous waste.
• Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Skills

• Basic math skills and the ability to convert various measurements (e.g., gallons to quarts, pints to gallons).
• Forklift certification strongly preferred; ability to use a pallet jack.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.

Pay

$19.00–$22.00 per hour; including shift premium $21.85–$25.30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2nd shift, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM.
