Filler Operator, Manufacturing/Award - $23.00/hr (Fri-Sun 6:30pm-7:00am)
Position Summary
Operates and monitors filling machinery in a dairy processing environment. Tracks and adjusts fill weights to meet bottle specifications. Oversees cap monitoring and capping, along with general product packaging. Cleans, sets up, operates, and monitors filling equipment. Performs all necessary quality checks and completes documentation for filling machinery. Records production and quality data. Conducts filler line changeovers. Adheres to all sanitation and quality policies and procedures. Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensures adherence to food safety and quality system requirements. Keeps the workspace clean, sanitary, and safe.
What You'll Do
Communicates with other departments, management, and associates, and promptly reports any issues or concerns that may impact production efficiency. Reports any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

- The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

- Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
