Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned filling equipment to include, setup, pre-start, startup, operation, shut down, and cleaning, following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of production lines to identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or container issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections including visual checks for proper sealing, labeling, and container integrity to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, work areas, and utensils according to FDA and company food safety requirements.
- Document production data includes batch numbers, fill volumes, temperatures, and quality check results to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
Min. Qualifications
- GED or High School is preferred
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is highly preferred
Pay and Benefits
- Salary Range - $25.00- $37.00 per hour
