Filler Operator

About the Role

As a Filler Operator at FUCHS, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality products that keep industries moving. You'll work in a safety-first, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly matter.

Responsibilities

• Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials
• Label and fill packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards
• Accurately measure and weigh chemicals into designated containers, following detailed instructions
• Scan packaging items, load trucks, and manage inventory using company systems
• Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times
• Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly
• Support other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a safe, clean workspace
• Good judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (training provided)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from hot to cold

Pay

The range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
