Filler Operator

Brooklyn Bottling is seeking A Filler Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating filling equipment to accurately dispense products into containers, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process. Responsibilities Conduct quality control checks throughout the filling process to identify and address any inconsistencies or defectsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the cleanroom environment, following all GMP (Good food & Beverage Practices) guidelinesHandle materials safely using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools to move raw materials and finished goodsPerform CIP for filler in accordance with SOP.Support compliance activities associated with the Quality Management System including but not limited to the following: SQF Program, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Standard Operating Procedures.Verify that all tools needed for Operator QC checks are calibrated and in good working conditionVerify that filler is set-up properly and is ready for production. i.e. correct change parts are installed.Verify that Filler operator paperwork is correct for product to be produced, correct lot code, correct batch, component part number is correct, etc.Work in a safe manner and keep abreast of the SDS provisions and updates while adhering to food safety program guidelines.
